Announcing The First Workout of the 2016 NYC Subway Series!

The first week of our competition will be devoted to a trip down memory lane... to the 2011 CrossFit Games!

We'll begin with "Killer Kage Redux", in which athletes will race to complete 7 front squats, a 250m row, and then swing/climb down the length of the pull-up rig to the finish line!  The fastest athletes in the first round will proceed to a semi-final round; the fastest semi-finalists will proceed to a final round.
